Supported by the ongoing digital transformation, e-governance has revolutionized the delivery of government services to the citizens. Kenya, Rwanda, and Ghana, for example, have implemented platforms that enhance the populations’ access to key online public services like business registrations and tax payments, among others. In each country, public-private partnerships played an important role in enabling these developments, by contributing their dynamism, innovation, and expertise, especially in areas such as data security and public awareness. Over the years, Global Voice Group has formed successful partnerships with African governments with a view to providing the latter with innovative GovTech solutions supporting effective e-governance.
